Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Lead the design and development of scalable, maintainable, and high-performance UI components using Angular (latest versions).
- Architect and implement reusable UI frameworks and design systems.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, backend developers, and product owners to deliver seamless and intuitive user experiences.
- Ensure responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Optimize UI performance and maintain high code quality through testing and code reviews.
- Integrate UI with RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle – from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities by taking ownership, driving initiatives, and bringing the team along towards common goals.
Education Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with advanced experience.
- Deep expertise in Angular architecture, components, services, RxJS, and state management (e.g., NgRx).
- Proven experience in designing and implementing UI frameworks and reusable components.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and backend integration.
- Good understanding of backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Java, .NET) and database concepts (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate across time zones and work effectively in a global team environment.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Thorough understand of UI Test Automation
