Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, and oversee the development of platform modules and major product modules (web client, server, data access/model, integration, package customization).
- Lead the development and optimization of enterprise search, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and LLM-powered solutions, leveraging Model Context Protocol (MCP) by Anthropic.
- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance in design, code quality, and engineering best practices.
- Prepare and review technical documentation and detailed component designs.
- Lead solution discussions, drive the adoption of tools, frameworks, and architectural patterns.
- Ensure software quality, scalability, and maintainability through best practices and code reviews.
- Diagnose and resolve complex system and integration issues.
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, learning, and technical excellence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8–10 years of software development experience, with proven full-stack expertise.
- Advanced expertise in Python and solid experience in Java (Spring Boot).
- Demonstrated experience with RESTful API architecture and development.
- Comprehensive knowledge of SQL and optimized data access patterns.
- Expertise in JavaScript (ReactJS/Redux), Flutter, HTML, CSS, JQuery, and HTTP protocols.
- Demonstrated experience with LLMs, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), enterprise search, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) by Anthropic.
- Strong track record of technical leadership and effective mentorship.
- Excellent communication, architectural design, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Good to have:
- Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps pipelines.
- Exposure to micro services, containerization, and distributed systems.
- Prior work on scalable, enterprise-level search or generative AI solutions.
- Contributions to open source or technical communities.
- Previous experience in mentoring or leading teams across multiple modules or projects.
