Lead end-to-end design for complex product features: conduct user research, define flows, produce wireframes and high-fidelity UI, build prototypes, improve design systems and accessibility, partner with product and engineering, ensure implementation, and mentor junior designers.

Builds and maintains scalable Databricks-based data pipelines and lakehouse data platform components. Authors transformations with dbt and DLT, enforces data quality and end-to-end reconciliation, troubleshoots production issues, and collaborates with stakeholders to deliver reliable, AI-assisted data products and dashboards (Tableau/Databricks BI). Optimizes Databricks Genie spaces and AI agents to enable self-serve analytics and accelerate pipeline development.

Lead cloud-based DMS onboarding and training for dealerships, configure SaaS workflows and integrations, manage implementation teams and milestones, document runbooks, mitigate risks using tools like Jira or Salesforce, collect user feedback, and drive customer adoption through intensive product certification and change management.

Lead the Tekion CRM Product Team by overseeing product lifecycle, driving customer adoption, aligning stakeholders, and mentoring Product Managers while focusing on measurable business impact and scalable solutions.

Lead cross-functional teams to define and execute product strategy for the Service (Fixed Ops) portfolio. Ship AI-native agents and ML-powered features, partner with Data Science and Engineering to productionize trustworthy AI, own KPIs and commercial cases (pricing, packaging, ARR), improve the PDLC across scheduling, repair orders, warranty, invoicing and customer communication, and manage and mentor a team of product managers.

Lead and grow the Parts product team to deliver B2B SaaS solutions for parts wholesale and multi-warehouse inventory. Own vision, roadmap, and AI-native features end-to-end, collaborate cross-functionally, conduct customer discovery (including on-site visits), write PRDs/BRDs, track outcomes, support implementations, and resolve escalations to drive measurable business impact.

Lead execution of post-sales product initiatives: roadmap planning, discovery, PRDs, AI/workflow automation, engineering collaboration, KPI dashboards, stakeholder alignment, launch enablement, and platform/backlog management.

Lead product strategy connecting retail operations and accounting for Tekion's ARC platform. Own UK/Canada retail requirements, drive transformation-first customer engagements, define stock management and integration standards, collaborate across product, engineering and implementation, and represent Tekion externally to enable enterprise dealer adoption.

Lead a Cloud Infrastructure Automation & SRE team to build and operate secure, scalable, and resilient cloud platforms while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Lead product strategy, roadmaps, and cross-functional execution for enterprise automotive SaaS products. Engage customers and stakeholders, prioritize based on data and market insight, launch features, measure outcomes, and mentor product team members.
