You would be joining a team responsible for building and scaling a new product in the Doctolib suite: our Phone Assistant, with the vision to revolutionize access to care for patients and day-to-day practice management for practitioners. This opportunity will allow you to leverage the latest technologies in AI, NLP, Voice Recognition to build delightful user experiences and scale your product to millions of users.
What you’ll doAs a Staff Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Setting technical vision and defining your product roadmap for the next quarters
- Design, develop, deploy and maintain new and existing applications to reach the team’s goals
- Responsible for the resilience, scalability and robustness of services
- Drive the architecture of the product while following Domain-Driven Design
- Grow on technical leadership & mentorship of other engineers

We’re on the lookout for a professional who is proactive, curious, collaborative and who’s interested in cutting edge technologies and AI technologies. - You have at least 10+ years of software engineering experience
- You have strong technical skills on Backend development and real time features.
- You continuously upskill those around you and set the bar for technical quality
- You are an effective communicator and are able to work on projects within and outside your domain
- You have a “user first” mindset and want to dedicate yourself to creating technologies and solutions which will enhance the day to day experience for our users.
- If you already have experience working on AI products that would be a plus.
