You will be a part of a growing team of cross functional members developing DailyPay’s strategic product offering. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving the development and deployment of cutting-edge software solutions alongside other great software engineers, product management, and UX people designing and building our newest product offerings.

How You Will Make an Impact:Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs
Experience with full-stack development, including basic understanding of web front-ends
Experience hiring, developing and mentoring more junior engineers
Good knowledge of conventional and cloud-based infrastructure, and basic networking
Experience designing and deploying Big Data pipelines with tools such as Hadoop, Spark or MapReduce.
Understanding of Agile or Kanban / Lean software development methodologies
Experience using Jira for software engineering
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
7+ years hands on software development experience
Demonstrated proficiency writing maintainable, high quality, robust code in at least one modern programming language such as Go, Java, C++, C#, Python, Javascript, or similar
Experience in designing and developing micro services in one or more cloud computing services (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc)
Demonstrated experience serverless, CI/CD, data management, security best practices
Demonstrated experience building complex software systems and building large scale distributed services
Experience using TDD or a desire to learn how to use it
Demonstrated ability to take a project from scoping requirements through actual launch of the product
Demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies
Demonstrated experience using source control tools such as Git, Perforce, or similar
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
