Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5-8+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., React) and back-end frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Django).
- Demonstrated ability to build products from the ground up, with a solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the capability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across time zones with international teams.
Preferred Experiences:
- Experience in user growth or traffic acquisition projects.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and experience using them to drive product decisions.
- Previous experience as an individual developer on side projects or product initiatives.
