Skills and Experience
- You Bring: 7+ years of experience developing and maintaining production-grade applications using React and Node.js.
- Python experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and proven experience leading development teams.
- Deep expertise in high-quality software development, including unit testing, fault tolerance, data structures, object-oriented principles, and design patterns.
- Experience building scalable, high-performance front-end and back-end systems optimized for efficiency and reliability.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, such as model development, fine-tuning, or integrating ML-powered features into applications is desirable.
- Solid expertise in CI/CD pipelines and cloud technologies.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices, bringing innovation to the team.
- Experience working in an agile development environment, delivering high-quality software in iterative cycles.
- Ability to break down complex tasks and requirements into actionable work items, ensuring smooth execution.
- Customer-focused mindset, with a drive to create products that deliver real value and great user experiences.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Design, develop, and maintain critical components across the full stack—from front-end applications to back-end services.
- Developing innovative AI-powered products, leveraging conversational AI and cutting-edge technologies.
- Collaborating with a fast-moving team to shape the future of AI-driven applications.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to define technical requirements and prioritize development efforts.
- Mentor and guide team members, providing technical leadership, best practices, and code reviews.
- Continuously identify opportunities for system improvements, performance tuning, and code refactoring to ensure a scalable and resilient architecture.
