Role Overview:

Trellix is looking for a skilled and security-conscious Software Development Engineer – UI to join our team building cybersecurity products that cover SIEM, EDR, and XDR technologies. This job is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of UI/UX design, cloud integration, and secure development practices. You will help create responsive, scalable front-end applications using the latest front end technologies that provide real-time threat visibility and control to our global customer base.

About the role:

• Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Integrate with backend services through RESTful and GraphQL APIs, ensuring robustness and responsiveness.

• Architect and implement scalable backend services and APIs using Go.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.

• Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and reliability.

• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices. Would be Responsible for the technical deliveries of the team members.

• Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed.

• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Participate in design reviews, threat modeling sessions.

• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality.

About You :

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.

• Strong proficiency in React, Redux, Hooks, and component-based architecture.

• Deep understanding of Go (Golang) and its ecosystem.

• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, Kubernetes, and distributed systems.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Proficient in Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Solid understanding of database technologies.

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
