Staff Signal Chain & Product Simulation Engineer
Organization: Precision Signal Chain (PSC) – Systems Applications & Go-to-Market
Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Signal Chain & Product Simulation Engineer to join the Precision Signal Chain (PSC) organization in Ireland or Valencia. The successful candidate will play a key role in advancing ADI’s precision signal chain and product simulation capabilities to accelerate customer design-in, enable scalable go-to-market collateral, and strengthen simulation quality and consistency across focus applications.
Key Responsibilities- Lead development of high‑quality signal chain and product‑level simulations aligned to focus applications and system contexts.
- Define and maintain simulation standards, test benches, documentation, and reusable templates.
- Partner with product, modeling, and LTspice teams to shape simulation requirements early in the product lifecycle.
- Drive simulation‑based insights and design recommendations that enable scalable, high‑impact customer engagement.
- Support and scale simulation‑based collateral (e.g., Reference Circuits, signal chain demonstrations, system examples).
- Provide technical leadership through mentoring, design reviews and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Contribute simulation expertise to training content, internal enablement, and customer-facing materials.
- Strong proficiency with SPICE / LTspice and advanced analog simulation techniques.
- Strong knowledge of precision signal chain components including ADCs, amplifiers, references, sensors, and power.
- Experience developing simulation test benches and validating system-level behavior.
- Ability to operate independently on complex, ambiguous technical problems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate simulation results into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across global, cross-functional teams.
- Experience with product-level modeling or simulation.
- Exposure to focus application domains such as industrial, healthcare, data center, or energy.
- Experience defining or enforcing simulation standards at team or organizational level.
