Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff SDET with a strong background in automation testing using Python and hands-on experience in AI-focused projects. The ideal candidate will also possess exposure to Big Data environments and domain expertise in cybersecurity. You will help build and enhance automated testing frameworks, validate AI models, and ensure the security and reliability of our Big Data platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Models Validations

• Develop test harnesses for AI agents and LLM-integrated systems for Data Science projects
• Build, maintain, and expand frameworks to validate AI/ML models and workflows, including test data generation and result verification.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and AI teams to drive automated validation for large datasets and AI-powered platforms.
• Optimize test coverage and DevOps integrations with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployments.
• Mentor junior SDETs, review test automation code, and promote best practices across teams.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement proactive quality measures.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 7-9 years of experience in software test automation, including at least 2 years working actively on AI projects
• Solid proficiency in automation tools and frameworks in Python (pytest, unittest, Karate, etc.).
• Practical exposure to AI-oriented projects, including validation/testing of ML models, automated workflows, and data-driven features.
• Experience working in Big Data environments (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka) and testing data-heavy systems.
• Understanding of cybersecurity concepts: data privacy, authorization/authentication, security testing strategies for applications and data flows.

• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.) and source control (Git). Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Exposure to performance, scalability, and security testing in AI/data systems.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms AWS especially for data and AI workloads. Good to have exposure to Bedrock tool by AWS.
• Familiarity with automation testing tools and frameworks.
• Certifications in Python, Big Data, or cybersecurity domains.
• Prior exposure to AI/ML libraries.

Domain Knowledge:

• Big Data processing and analytics environments.
• Machine Learning project lifecycle and best practices.
• Secure and compliant AI deployments
  in enterprise environments
