The Opportunity
 
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for key administrative processes in ESP and PeopleSoft databases such as: time card entries, audit functions, pay corrections and adjustments, rotation assignments, employee editor, and testing scheduling databases.
 
Other primary duties consist of coordinating and verifying work with Human Resources and Finance. Other related duties as required.
 
Qualifications & Experience:
- Certificate in Human Resources; Payroll preferred.
- Computer literate (speed and accuracy 50 wpm).
- 2 to 3 years office experience preferably in Human Resources/Payroll.
- Experience in union environment an asset.
- Windows software, email proficiency, clerical accuracy and arithmetic experience required.
- Database experience preferred.
