Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Staff Salesforce Administrator with a passion for technology to manage, optimize, and expand our Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting multi-department Salesforce orgs, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and an interest in AI automation and analytics. The Staff Salesforce Administrator will collaborate across teams to drive efficiency, maintain data integrity, and support AI efforts.  This role will play a key part in driving adoption, improving productivity, and launching the new Salesforce Platform (Einstein 1), Data Cloud, and AgentForce capabilities. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, and licenses across Sales, Marketing, and Support
  • Maintain and optimize page layouts, record types, automation rules, flows, and validation rules
  • Handle data imports, exports, cleansing, and deduplication using tools like Data Loader or Data Import Wizard
  • Maintain system security, permissions, roles, and access controls to safeguard sensitive data
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards for indirect sales visibility
  • Support Salesforce integrations with marketing automation platforms
  • Maintain campaign structures, lead routing, and engagement tracking
  • Provide visibility into support cases and trends for sales and account management
  • Experience with or knowledge of Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, and SOQL
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare for the adoption of Salesforce AI Agents, including data readiness and workflow improvements
  • Implement and optimize Flows, Einstein features, and predictive analytics to drive smarter operations
  • Support customer service environment using chat and/or messaging platforms
  • Support implementing Knowledge Articles
  • Train end users, create documentation, and promote Salesforce best practices to drive adoption across departments
  • Enforce data security, backup procedures, and role-based access control in line with company and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a multi-departmental environment
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (required); Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, or Sales Cloud certifications (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (PRM a plus)
  • Experience supporting partner sales/channel sales workflows and data
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and declarative automation
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and technical teams
  • Interest or exposure to AI-powered CRM features (Einstein, GPT, etc.) is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, middleware, marketing tools)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning App Builder and Experience Cloud site setup
  • Familiarity with security frameworks and governance in Salesforce
  • Experience working in a channel-led or partner-based business model
