Job Description
Responsibilities:
Set up and break down event spaces, including tables, chairs, decorations, and any other necessary equipment.
Assist with event execution, including catering, bar service, entertainment, and any other vendors as needed.
Ensure that all event spaces are clean, organized, and meet the expectations of guests and event organizers.
Assist the Event Lead and management team in addressing any issues or concerns that arise during events, including guest complaints, vendor issues, or logistical challenges.
Ensure that all event-related documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Previous event or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Have or obtain any certifications or permits required for handling or serving food and alcohol in Davidson County.
Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed (must have flexible schedule)
