Staff Recruitment Specialist

What You'll Do:

• Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks) to actively source and attract candidates with expertise in VLSI/semiconductor fields such as chip design, verification, and fabrication.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and team dynamics to attract the best candidates.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, application tracking, interviewing, negotiation, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline by networking with passive candidates and fostering relationships with industry professionals.
• Implement and promote best practices to ensure a diverse and inclusive hiring process.
• Enhance the company's brand within the semiconductor industry by engaging with potential candidates through events, social media, and professional groups.
• Use data and metrics to track recruitment success, and continuously improve processes to increase hiring efficiency.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates, feedback, and transparency throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Engineering, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience (8+ years) in recruiting, with at least 5 years in technical recruitment for the VLSI or semiconductor industry. Familiarity with roles like RTL Design/Verification, Analog Design, Memory PHY Architects, SoC Integration and much more across the ASIC/FPGA domains.
• Strong understanding of VLSI, semiconductor technologies, and the overall semiconductor industry landscape.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting tools to source and manage candidates.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to negotiate offers and solve challenges related to candidate expectations and company policies.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions at once.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment within the semiconductor industry.
• Established network within the semiconductor or VLSI talent pool is a plus
• Certification in talent acquisition or recruitment is a plus (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter Certification).
