Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain robust API automation frameworks for REST, SOAP, and microservices-based architectures.
• Develop comprehensive test strategies, feature test plans, and detailed test cases covering functional, regression, performance, and scalability scenarios based on product requirements and technical design.

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-assisted testing workflows, including using AI tools for:
  • Intelligent test case generation
  • Self-healing automation
  • Defect prediction and root-cause analysis
  • Automated test data generation
• Automate test cases, CI/CD test pipelines, and any engineering process with opportunity for automation or AI-driven optimization.
• Execute test cases, log high-quality defects, verify fixes, and conduct thorough bug analysis.
• Set up, maintain, and optimize test environments for web, mobile, and API testing.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to tailor QA tooling, frameworks, and AI-based solutions for rapidly evolving product needs.
• Participate in reviews of requirements, design documents, test plans/specifications, and training/user documentation.

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 4-7 years of professional experience in software development or quality engineering.
• Strong working knowledge of API test automation using tools like Postman, RestAssured, Karate or custom frameworks.
• Experience integrating AI/ML tooling into QA processes (e.g., AI test generators, LLM-based QA assistants, self-healing frameworks, anomaly detection).
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Sahi, Playwright, Cypress, or similar.
• Experience with automated test frameworks for Web or Mobile (iOS, Android).
• Experience with multiple test automation frameworks including data-driven, modular, hybrid, and BDD/TDD.
• Hands-on experience building CI/CD-integrated automation pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI).
• Collaborate with developers to design and  implement scalable automation, tooling and automation strategies.

• Prior experience designing and building automation frameworks for cloud-based ERP/CRM systems.
• Experience with mobile app testing and automation (native, hybrid, cross-platform).
• Familiarity with AI-powered QA platforms or features (e.g., Testim.io, Mabl, Functionize, Katalon AI,Test Rigor,  Copilot for QA, custom LLM integrations).
• Exposure to generative AI for test analysis, risk-based testing, and summarization of large test results.
• Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and rapidly learn new tools, technologies, and AI frameworks.
