Responsibilities
- Scale QA operations using AI tools and frameworks
- Use AI technologies to enhance testing coverage and automation across multiple teams and locations
- Write, execute, and report comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Develop and maintain automated tests for web and backend systems
- Accelerate CI/CD automation pipelines and improve test coverage analysis
- Identify changes across repositories and commits to help QA focus testing efficiently
- Champion best practices for testing, automation, and AI integration in QA processes
Skill Requirements
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as VS+ Cline, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Codeium, Claude, Cursor, or Cody
- Strong understanding of QA automation tools: Playwright, Selenium, CI/CD systems (e.g., Jenkins), and issue tracking tools like Jira
- Experience using Bitbucket, Git, and browser development tools
- Strong coding skills in one or more languages: Typescript, Java, Python, or Shell scripting
- Proven ability to integrate AI into QA workflows for test generation, coverage analysis, or automation acceleration
Competencies
- Ability to guide and mentor engineers on leveraging AI tools in QA and development
- Strong ownership and multitasking skills
- Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams (PM, DevOps, Engineering)
- Ability to design, scope, and manage large-scale test strategies
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
