We are hiring a Staff Project Manager to work within our Customer Success organization. You will proactively engage team members to address blockers, drive time-sensitive deliverables from requirements capture through delivery, track and report on project status, and strategize with business partners to ensure alignment on their roadmap. You bring a background in implementing cross-functional projects, and the ideal candidate has some AI experience. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, PMO,  you will: 

  • Manage relationships with business partners while establishing success criteria, metrics, milestones, and timelines, and ensuring projects remain on target by diligently driving the project to success
  • Manage project team to ensure all are aligned and deliverables are met. Maintain project tracking and documentation within appropriate systems, templates, and databases
  • Coordinate and lead various calls including working team syncs, kickoff calls, Steering Committees, and reliably provide appropriate communication
  • Provide regular status updates, streamlining messages to fit different audiences while maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism

What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

  • U.S. citizenship is required for this position due to the nature of the customers assigned to this role
  • 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects with measurable outcomes in fast-paced environments; resourceful problem-solver skilled in aligning diverse teams to deliver innovative and practical solutions
  • Proficiency with tools like Asana, JIRA, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Excel for efficient project tracking and reporting
  • Effective communicator with a track record of delivering tailored updates to stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively; candidates must have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from concept to launch

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range

$122,500$175,000 USD
