What You’ll be Doing:
BU Success & Product Expertise
  • Act as the authoritative product partner and primary point of contact for regional BUs on all product-related matters, championing their voice while representing global product priorities.
  • Develop and maintain end-to-end platform expertise, becoming the go-to authority on what the platform can do. Proactively guide BUs on existing capabilities they may be unaware of, advise on the right solutions for their needs, and drive adoption through confident, hands-on enablement
  • Own ongoing roadmap communication with BUs independently and end-to-end. Stay continuously aligned with Directors of Product to understand prioritisation decisions and trade-offs in depth and translate that into confident, direct communication with regional teams. Present roadmap updates, explain changes, answer questions, and manage BU expectations.
  • Drive alignment by synthesising and driving prioritisation of regional business requirements and customer feedback into actionable insights for product and engineering, while ensuring adherence to the global product strategy.
  • Manage and prioritise regional opportunities and change requests to balance regional needs with global objectives, fostering constructive collaboration and mutual understanding.
  • Serve as the key interface for internal product teams seeking to engage with BUs—helping product teams understand needs, gather relevant input, and ensure successful change implementation and product launches in the regions.
Relationship Building & Cross-functional Alignment
  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with regional leaders and stakeholders to understand their challenges and goals.
  • Serve as the coordination hub that harmonises regional execution with global product initiatives, supporting smooth go-to-market launches and continuous adoption.
  • Lead regular alignment forums, Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, as well as knowledge exchanges to maintain transparency, escalate issues early, and reinforce accountability.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to align and support go-to-market strategies and regional enablement efforts.
  • Support change management initiatives to maximise adoption of new products and processes across BUs.
Continuous Improvement & Global Scale
  • Continuously seek and define opportunities to scale and strengthen collaboration, communication, and knowledge sharing between the global product organisation and regional teams.
  • Take full ownership of these opportunities end-to-end—leading their conceptualisation, development, and operationalisation within countries—ensuring sustainable and measurable impact on BU outcomes.
  • Develop and implement frameworks, best practices, templates, and automation solutions that support scalable interactions and smooth product rollouts across regions.

Experience and Skills You Need in this Role:
  • Proven experience in a product operations, product management, customer success, or related role within SaaS or technology industries
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain deep end-to-end product and platform expertise, confidently advising stakeholders on capabilities, solutions, and adoption without reliance on product team support
  • Proven experience communicating complex product roadmaps, prioritisation decisions, and trade-offs directly and independently to business or regional stakeholders, including managing expectations and handling challenging questions without escalation
  • Proven ability to build trusted, credible relationships with regional and business unit leaders, grounded in product knowledge and commercial understanding rather than relationship management alone
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand regional business challenges, translating them into relevant platform solutions and demonstrable product value
  • Proactive in identifying, driving forward, and owning improvement initiatives that enhance collaboration, product success, and operational efficiency
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills in a matrix environment
  • Highly organised with strong project management capabilities, capable of managing multiple priorities and cross-team initiatives.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal) with the ability to engage effectively at all organisational levels

The Interview Process:
  • Online interview with the Senior Talent Partner
  • Online interview with Director of Product Operations and Product Operations Manager
  • In-person/online interview with the Director of Product Operations and a stakeholder from one of the regions the role will support (possible task)
  • Final online interview with CPO
