We are Looking for a Rockstar Staff Product Manager!
We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to join our Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM) team. In this role, you will make your mark by planning and execution of the ISPM product roadmap. You will deliver a growing portfolio of advanced capabilities and act as a product champion, advancing our shared vision for the future of identity security.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Define the Roadmap: Build and execute a strategic product roadmap that aligns directly with the company's broader business objectives.
Lead Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with engineering, UX/UI, and internal stakeholders to prioritize features, develop user stories, and drive the timely delivery of high-quality software.
Author Clear Requirements: Translate complex ideas into clear, concise, and actionable product requirements, feature specifications, and acceptance criteria.
Champion the User Experience: Master existing product functionality and deeply analyze customer pain points to design solutions that users actually love.
Optimize Product Quality: Drive the defect triage process, analyzing issue trends to ensure product stability strictly aligns with customer expectations.
Empower Go-to-Market Teams: Enable sales, marketing, and customer success with the training and insights needed to drive successful launches and rapid product adoption.
Accelerate Delivery: Continuously monitor releases to optimize team velocity and improve execution.

WHAT YOU BRING
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Experience: 7-10 years of Product Management/Product Owner experience with a proven track record of delivering successful software products.
Technical Fluency: Requires advanced SQL skills and the ability to seamlessly translate and discuss technical requirements with engineering teams.
Product Methodologies: Deep expertise in agile development and product management frameworks.
Analytical & Design Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to drive data-backed decisions, combined with a solid understanding of UX/UI best practices.
Global Collaboration: Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the flexibility to work across multiple global time zones with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred: Domain knowledge in Posture, IAM, IGA, or PAM.
Preferred: Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Entra).
