Convera is looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead the development of the entity data store, which serves as the central repository of critical business data. In this role you will develop and execute a roadmap for evolving the capabilities of the centralized data store with a suite of APIs designed to power Convera’s payments platform and related services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable data models, deliver reliable and performant APIs, and ensure accessibility for systems and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define roadmap for entity store and associated APIs to align with platform functionality evolution
Cross Functional Collaboration: Solicit business inputs from business owners, align on API specs with consuming systems, collaborate with design, engineering and consuming systems owners to develop roadmap and requirements. Align on execution approach.
Data Model Evolution and API Development: Update data model capabilities to align with consuming system needs. Manage and update API suite.
Metrics and Performance: Develop performance metrics, measure performance and ensure performance against goals
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5+ years of professional experience in relevant software product development role/s
- Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to quickly analyze data and use metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, present conclusions with actionable steps, and measure final outcomes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing a variety of stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or Master’s degree
- Experience in B2B product development
