The Role
Lead AI-native enterprise products for Finance, People, Legal, and other business domains. Own product strategy from discovery through adoption, redesign workflows, rapidly prototype with AI tools, and deliver production-grade agents and intelligent workflows. Drive alignment, adoption, measurable business outcomes, and scalable product patterns.
Summary Generated by Built In

At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.

About the team
Enterprise Apps & Agentic Systems is applying that standard internally. We partner directly with business teams to redesign high-value domains from first principles and turn them into software-defined, AI-native products. We are customer zero for Snowflake technology: we build first-of-a-kind solutions for our own teams, prove their value in production, and bring the learnings to our customers.

We are hiring a Staff Product Manager to lead products that make our Finance, People, Legal, and other enterprise domains AI-Native.

This is not an application management role. You will own the product problem from discovery through value realization. You will identify where work should be eliminated, redesigned, automated, or delegated to software; define the product strategy; align the business and technology teams; and lead the delivery of products that people choose to use.

What you will do
  • Set product direction. Develop a clear product vision, strategy, roadmap, and narrative for a meaningful business problem. Define the outcomes that matter, the choices required to achieve them, and the principles that guide trade-offs.

  • Partner directly with the business. Work side by side with business leaders, operators, and end users from problem framing through launch and adoption. Build shared ownership of the problem and the solution rather than taking orders or handing off requirements.

  • Build world-class products. Apply strong product judgment, user-centered discovery, and first-principles thinking to create simple, intuitive products that solve important problems and earn sustained adoption.

  • Redesign workflows end to end. Start with the desired business outcome, not the existing application or process. Decide what should disappear, what should be redesigned, and where software or agents can handle work end to end.

  • Prototype rapidly. Use AI tooling and modern product-development techniques to turn ideas into working prototypes quickly. Put prototypes in front of users, learn from real behavior, and use evidence to decide what to build, change, or stop.

  • Lead AI-native product development. Define and ship production-grade agents and intelligent workflows that use trusted enterprise context and tools, operate within clear guardrails, manage exceptions, explain their actions, and bring people into the loop when judgment is required.

  • Lead the product-engineering partnership. Work closely with engineering, design, data science, security, and platform teams on architecture and delivery trade-offs, including context retrieval, orchestration, tool integration, evaluation, reliability, latency, privacy, and cost.

  • Create alignment through storytelling. Make complex problems and technical possibilities understandable. Communicate a compelling product narrative, facilitate hard decisions, align executives and delivery teams, and keep stakeholders current with clear, concise communication.

  • Influence without authority. Build coalitions across business and technology organizations, resolve competing priorities, influence platform roadmaps, and create momentum in an environment where ownership crosses organizational boundaries.

  • Own adoption and outcomes. Define success measures before launch and drive adoption after launch. Track usage, quality, trust, cycle time, automation, exception rates, decision latency, and business value realized. Use those signals to improve the product and make clear investment decisions.

  • Operate responsibly. Ensure products meet governance, auditability, SOX, data privacy, security, and responsible AI standards, especially when working with sensitive Finance, People, and Legal data.

What you bring
  • A track record of building and scaling high-quality software products that users value and that delivered meaningful business impact. Experience should demonstrate product ownership, not only program delivery, implementation, or application administration.

  • Strong product judgment: the ability to identify the highest-value problem, challenge solution-shaped requests, make trade-offs, and focus teams on outcomes.

  • Experience partnering directly with business teams and users to discover problems, test assumptions, shape solutions, and drive adoption. You can earn trust with both senior executives and frontline practitioners.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills. You can simplify complexity, create a compelling point of view, write clearly, present with confidence, and align people around a direction.

  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to rapidly prototype, test, and refine software solutions. You are comfortable learning new tools and turning an ambiguous idea into something users can react to.

  • Technical fluency in modern AI and software product development, including LLM and agent patterns, orchestration, tools, retrieval, evaluation, data, APIs, security, and production operations. You do not need to be an engineer, but you must be able to lead an informed technical conversation and make sound product trade-offs.

  • Experience taking products from discovery and zero-to-one development through launch, adoption, iteration, and scale.

  • The ability to thrive in ambiguity, create clarity, move quickly, and make hard decisions with incomplete information.

  • The ability to influence across functions and organizational boundaries without relying on formal authority.

  • Typically 8+ years of product management experience, or equivalent experience building and scaling software products. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is helpful but not required.

Bonus points
  • Experience building products for internal enterprise teams or complex business domains.

  • Experience in Finance, People, Legal, Go-to-Market, or other operational functions.

  • Experience launching AI-native or customer-facing generative AI products.

  • Familiarity with Snowflake and the Data Cloud ecosystem.

  • Experience taking a product or capability from internal customer zero to a repeatable pattern that can help customers.

Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake.
