Join us as a Product Manager, Loans and build Qonto’s first SMB loans from zero to one. You’ll shape how thousands of European businesses borrow to grow, as we open lending under our own credit license.
➡️ What you’ll do- Build loans from zero to one: You’ll own the roadmap and KRs of our new Loans squad, from first idea to launch.
- Dig into SMB credit pain points: You’ll run continuous discovery and experiments to learn how businesses borrow today and what they truly need.
- Shape underwriting and decisioning: You’ll define how we assess eligibility and decide how much we lend, together with Risk.
- Bring AI into credit: You’ll explore how AI can guide clients to the right financing, within a strict regulatory frame.
- Ship responsibly with our partners: You’ll work with our credit platform team, Risk, Compliance, Growth and Product Marketing to get every launch approved and live.
- Zero-to-one launches: You’ve taken products from idea to market as a PM, ideally in finance or another regulated space.
- Credit curiosity: You know lending, or you’re eager to learn it, from underwriting to repayment.
- AI-fluent: You use AI every day and want to apply it to credit decisions.
- Autonomy with Risk and Compliance: You can carry a launch through approvals on your own.
- Clear English: You communicate clearly, in writing and out loud, with everyone on the team.
- A defining moment: You’ll join as Qonto launches lending, one of the company’s top priorities.

Skills Required
- Experience taking products from idea to market as a Product Manager
- Experience in finance or another regulated industry
- Knowledge of lending, underwriting, and repayment, or demonstrated willingness to learn
- Daily use of AI and ability to apply AI to credit decisions
- Ability to independently manage launches through Risk and Compliance approvals
- Clear written and verbal English communication
