About the Role

We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead a key area within Deel’s Fintech group, which powers how contractors and employees access, move, and manage their money globally. This includes cards, withdrawals, payouts, liquidity/advance products, and the notification systems that support these experiences.

You’ll define strategy, drive execution, and partner deeply with engineering, design, compliance, treasury, and operations to deliver a fast, reliable, and consumer-grade financial experience at global scale. This is a high-impact IC role with significant ownership and the expectation of strong product craft, systems thinking, and hands-on leadership.

What You’ll Do
  • Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for a core Fintech domain.

  • Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, design, and key business partners.

  • Deliver high-quality financial experiences across cards, payouts, liquidity, and money movement flows.

  • Improve reliability, performance, and usability for global contractor and employee money flows.

  • Drive clarity and alignment across multiple product surfaces and teams.

  • Dive deep into user problems, financial logic, system behaviour, and operational constraints

  • Raise the bar for product quality, documentation, and communication.

What You Bring
  • As a guide, around 7+ years of Product Management experience, with depth of experience in consumer fintech, i.e. EWA, cards, or similar consumer financial products.

  • Proven ability to own complex, high-impact product areas with limited oversight.

  • Strong product sense, systems thinking, and data-driven decision making.

  • Experience working with engineering, compliance, and operations in a regulated financial environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to drive alignment across stakeholders.

  • Comfortable being hands-on: clarifying requirements, debugging issues, diving into edge cases, and unblocking execution.
