The roleWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join our team. This role is critical in shaping the future of Stripe's global financial services offerings and requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of how crypto and stablecoins can positively impact global merchants both from an infrastructure and product standpoint.
What you'll doResponsibilities- Develop and Execute Product Strategy - Lead the development and execution of specific crypto and stablecoin product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with the company's overall vision and customer needs.
- Cross-Functional Leadership - Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, legal, compliance and other teams to ensure seamless execution and high-impact delivery.
- Market Analysis - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and emerging trends in the crypto space.
- Innovation and Product Development - Drive innovation by identifying new opportunities and developing cutting-edge features that leverage Stripe’s recent acquisitions, Bridge and Privy.
- Performance Metrics - Set and analyze key performance indicators to ensure product success and iterate based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
- User Focused - Ensure the needs and feedback of users are central to product development, creating user-friendly and accessible crypto products. Leverage user research and testing to inform product decisions, continuously enhance user experience, and foster user trust in our crypto offerings.
- Passion for Crypto - A genuine enthusiasm for cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies, with a solid understanding of stablecoins and their real-world impact on the global financial services.
- Experience in Product Management - Proven track record in product management with a history of launching successful products that meet high-quality standards and find product market fit.
- Attention to Detail - Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Fast Execution - Demonstrated capability to ship high-quality products quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate product vision and strategy to stakeholders.
- 8+ years of experience in product management within technical domains.
- Experience in growth and engagement (e.g., funnel optimization, growth experimentation, etc.).
- Ability to speak the language of many different stakeholders – move effortlessly from engineering scoping to UX design reviews to helping outline legal and compliance requirements.
- Ability to thrive with significant autonomy and responsibility.
- Experience aligning a broad set of stakeholders via strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience shipping and scaling consumer products
- An interest and understanding of crypto products, their users, and their communities
- Actively involved in the developer community and you’ve formed a tasteful opinion of developer experiences
- Computer Science background or equivalent technical experience
- Your hands are filthy. You only ship functionality after you’ve personally test driven it and made heavy edits to the documentation
