About Titan:

Titan is an AI holding company transforming IT services with its Augmented AI platform. We acquire and partner with the best Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and embed AI at the core of their operations, empowering technicians to work faster, smarter, and more strategically. Our augmented AI platform enables MSPs to scale like technology companies while delivering faster resolutions, better uptime, and more proactive, personalized support for their customers.

In under a year, we’ve raised over $70M from General Catalyst, acquired market-leading MSPs like RFA, and deployed agents seeing real-world impact to productivity. Our team brings together AI product expertise from Scale AI, Google, MIT, and Stanford, with private equity experience from H.I.G. Capital and seasoned MSP executives who have led some of the industry’s top providers. Joining Titan means helping redefine how work is done in IT Services and building a $100B company.

About The Role:

As a Staff Product Engineer at Titan, you are a high-agency owner of our most ambitious product initiatives. We are looking for "engineers-as-founders" who thrive when given a high-level objective—like "Automate 40% of L1 support tickets"—and the autonomy to navigate from ideation to deployment independently. You’ll sit at the intersection of AI and real-world operations, working directly with our MSP partners to build AI-native products that solve their highest-stakes pain points. This is a "0 to 1" opportunity for a builder who wants to see their code fundamentally rewrite the economics of a multi-billion dollar industry.

What You Will Do:

  • Own major product initiatives from idea through deployment and iteration. Make trade-offs. Ship. Measure results. Improve.

  • Work closely with our AI team to integrate LLMs and autonomous agents into practical, production-grade workflows. Build interfaces that technicians rely on daily.

  • Talk to users. Observe workflows. Identify inefficiencies. Translate ambiguity into product decisions that materially improve operations across acquired MSPs.

  • Move quickly without sacrificing quality. Write clean, maintainable code. Balance speed with durability.

  • Set the standard for product quality and engineering velocity as we scale.

Who You Are:

  • You’ve built something from scratch — as a founder or early engineer. You thrive when given a goal and minimal instructions.

  • You care about outcomes, not just implementation. You think in terms of user impact and business leverage.

  • You take initiative. You don’t wait for permission. You close loops.

  • You can explain trade-offs clearly — to engineers, operators, and leadership.

  • You can build modern web applications end-to-end (e.g., React, TypeScript, Python, Node). You’re comfortable integrating AI into real systems.

Bonus:

  • Experience in highly regulated or precision-driven environments (e.g., fintech, hedge funds, complex enterprise systems).

  • Experience as an early employee at a high-growth, venture-backed startup.

Skills Required

  • Built something from scratch as a founder or early engineer
  • End-to-end web application development experience (React, TypeScript, Python, Node)
  • Comfortable integrating LLMs and autonomous agents into production systems
  • Proven ability to own product initiatives from ideation through deployment and iteration
  • Experience conducting user research, observing workflows, and translating ambiguity into product decisions
  • Writes clean, maintainable code and balances speed with durability
  • Strong product thinking and ability to explain trade-offs to engineers, operators, and leadership
  • Experience in highly regulated or precision-driven environments (fintech, hedge funds, complex enterprise systems)
  • Experience as an early employee at a high-growth, venture-backed startup
