OOTD is looking for additional senior engineering presence to anchor and accelerate our technology and product solutions through public launch and growth. We are a small, highly collaborative team moving quickly to build the next generation platform for fashion inspiration and curation.
The problem space:
- A fully custom booking and operations platform to support the scheduling and execution of daily worldwide content shoots with creators and our filmer network
- A media asset upload, download, and consumption platform that will scale exponentially and rival the experience offered by the best in the space
- A fashion taste and personalization data pipeline that will power our in house content feed
- Mobile and web application UI and experiences that must ooze the OOTD brand, and delight our creative users
- Payment infrastructure
What stands out for us in a product engineer:
- Ultra high agency and curiosity to understand how our business runs, and how it can be enabled with technology
- Being informed about the full stack trends in technology and a high level understanding of what the big players are building and why
- An affinity for building relationships and trust with users. You will need to have an active ear in the office for challenges the team is facing as well as working directly with our media team, filmer network, and app users to effectively diffuse what needs to be built.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of professional experience or exceptional track record
- In depth technical understanding of at least one part of the tech stack
- Early adopter of AI tools involved in software development. Informed and opinionated on what adds value and what translates to slop
- Excited by working together and collaborating in office

In compliance with New York Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this position is as shown. New York Pay Range
$145,000 - $225,000 USD
The provided salary range is base salary, exclusive of bonus potential or commission and is a good faith estimate of cash compensation. OOTD.com is flexible pending candidate's experience and how our business needs evolve throughout the search. Every engineering employee of OOTD.com receives equity on top of cash compensation!
