As a Product Enablement Specialist, you will play a key role in elevating Product Management capability across the organization through scalable learning experiences, practical enablement programs, and role readiness initiatives.
This role goes beyond traditional training delivery. You will help Product Managers strengthen core Product Management capabilities — including storytelling, executive communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, customer empathy, discovery, and value framing — while enabling them to apply those skills effectively within the Genesys environment.
Working closely with Product leaders, Product Operations, and subject matter experts, you will design and operationalize onboarding, continuous learning, launch readiness, and workflow enablement experiences that improve Product Manager effectiveness and organizational alignment.
This is a highly collaborative, strategic, and hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building scalable programs from the ground up, and can translate complex product and organizational expectations into practical, engaging learning experiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Management Capability Development- Design and deliver scalable learning experiences that strengthen Product Management capabilities across areas such as:

- Design, build, and maintain enablement programs that support onboarding, continuous learning, role readiness, and Product Management excellence.
- Develop engaging enablement materials including presentations, facilitator guides, playbooks, e-learning modules, videos, and knowledge resources.
- Create scalable, practical learning experiences that enable Product Managers to apply concepts effectively in their day-to-day work.
- Ensure learning experiences are interactive, engaging, and aligned with adult learning best practices.
- Enable Product Managers to apply learning within the Genesys operating environment through onboarding programs, launch readiness initiatives, Product Ops processes, AI-enabled workflows, and cross-functional collaboration practices.
- Support the operationalization of Product Management best practices through structured enablement, guidance, and scalable resources.
- Translate complex product, process, and organizational concepts into actionable and user-friendly learning experiences.
- Facilitate live, virtual, and blended learning sessions for globally distributed and cross-functional audiences.
- Support the rollout of new tools, processes, product updates, and organizational initiatives through structured communications and enablement activities.
- Manage training schedules, participant communications, and learner support throughout program cycles.
- Partner closely with Product, Product Operations, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with business priorities.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to document best practices and simplify complex concepts into clear, practical guidance.
- Build trusted relationships across teams to support enablement adoption and continuous improvement.
- Track participation, engagement, knowledge retention, and readiness metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and impact.
- Gather feedback from learners, managers, and stakeholders to continuously refine content and delivery approaches.
- Stay current on enablement trends, Product Management practices, learning technologies, and instructional design best practices.
- Maintain and organize content within LMS platforms, enablement systems, SharePoint, knowledge bases, and related tools.
- Ensure learning materials remain current, accessible, scalable, and aligned with Genesys standards and branding.
- 5–7 years of experience in enablement, instructional design, learning & development, Product Operations, Product Management, training, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of Product Management practices, workflows, and operating models within SaaS or technology organizations preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver scalable learning programs and enablement experiences.
- Proven facilitation skills with experience training hybrid or distributed teams.
- Experience developing adult-learning content across multiple formats including live, virtual, and self-paced learning.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder influence skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities with experience managing multiple priorities in evolving environments.
- Ability to simplify ambiguity and translate complex organizational expectations into practical, scalable guidance.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Technical, or Operations teams preferred.
- Experience with LMS platforms, enablement tools, SharePoint, Articulate, Rise, or related learning technologies preferred.

Compensation:
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
