We’re looking for a Staff Product Designer to help shape the future of our AI Cloud platform. In this highly visible role, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end design initiatives across our product suite—from concept to launch. You’ll partner closely with engineering, product management, research, and marketing to drive innovation, craft exceptional user experiences, and influence strategy at a foundational stage.

What You'll Be Working On:

• Leading design for complex initiatives, including 0→1 product development and iterative feature improvements

• Creating high-quality, user-centered solutions grounded in research and design best practices

• Delivering work across the full design lifecycle: discovery, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and implementation support

• Collaborating cross-functionally with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to define problems and shape solutions

• Driving alignment on product vision through storytelling, design rationale, and user insights

• Building, maintaining, and evolving Crusoe’s design system to ensure consistency and scalability

• Advocating for the voice of the user and integrating usability feedback throughout the design process

• Mentoring other designers and helping to shape our growing design culture

What You'll Bring to the Team:

• 8+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful, end-to-end work

• Deep expertise in Figma and prototyping tools

• A strong sense of visual and interaction design, with high attention to detail and polish

• Proven ability to lead design projects in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

• Experience working on technical platforms or tools, especially for developer audiences

• Fluency in user research and usability testing practices

• Strategic thinking and excellent communication skills; able to influence direction at multiple levels of the organization

• Comfortable balancing craft, speed, and business goals in a startup environment

• Self-motivated, collaborative, and passionate about making a positive impact

Bonus Points

• Experience working in cloud infrastructure, developer tools, or AI platforms

• Previous startup or high-growth company experience

• Experience contributing to or scaling a design system

• Passion for sustainability, climate tech, or mission-driven work

Compensation Range

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $210,000 – $235,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
