• Designed and shipped high-impact product features, setting a new bar for user experience and visual consistency.
• Taken full ownership of design initiatives within your product area, leading the discovery, ideation, and execution phases.
• Contributed to and enhanced our design system, ensuring consistency across the product.
• Partnered with product, engineering, and marketing to align on strategy and execution.
• Gained a deep understanding of our product, users, and market landscape.

• Made a demonstrable impact for customers.
• Defined and driven the design vision for your product area, influencing product strategy at a high level.
• Upleveled our visual and interaction design language in collaboration with other senior designers.
• Raised the quality bar across the entire organization.
• Mentored and coached other designers, helping to foster a strong design culture within the company.
• Worked closely with leadership to shape design processes that drive efficiency and innovation.

• Strong  experience in product design, with at least 3 years designing for B2B SaaS products with significant user adoption.
• Proven track record of designing and shipping complex, high-impact features that drive business results.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills, with the ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs that enhance usability and engagement.
• Expertise in design systems, contributing to their evolution and ensuring consistency at scale.
• Ability to think holistically and strategically, balancing short-term needs with long-term vision.
• Strong experience with prototyping complex user flows, leveraging both low and high-fidelity techniques.
• User research expertise, with a passion for deeply understanding customer pain points and behaviors.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring clarity and precision in design execution.
• Proactive, self-driven, and collaborative mindset, with a strong ability to influence and drive alignment across teams.
