Resolve customer billing inquiries, troubleshoot billing and product issues, maintain accurate Stripe records, process invoices, refunds, credits, cancellations, and payment follow-ups. Reconcile billing data across Stripe, Salesforce, and product systems, document processes, and identify operational improvements. The role also uses AI and automation to improve support efficiency while safeguarding accuracy, privacy, and customer trust.
