We’re looking for an exceptional Staff Product Designer to help shape the future of our crypto experiences. Crypto is one of the most dynamic and rapidly evolving spaces in technology, offering endless opportunities for innovation and creativity. As a designer in this field, you’ll tackle complex challenges—like simplifying decentralized systems, building trust in a new financial paradigm, and making crypto truly accessible to all.
This is your chance to work with finance and technology, crafting products that empower people to interact with and understand crypto in intuitive, meaningful ways. You’ll be designing solutions that break down barriers, foster financial inclusion, and redefine how people engage with our product, all while collaborating with a forward-thinking team passionate about transforming this space.
This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA, New York, NY, and Bellevue, WA office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
What you’ll do- Lead with Vision: Drive the design strategy and execution for key crypto features and experiences, setting a high bar for design excellence.
- Shape the Future: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define how people interact with and understand crypto, simplifying complex systems for diverse audiences.
- Champion Inclusion: Ensure our designs empower users of all backgrounds, building experiences that are accessible, equitable, and user-friendly.
- Own End-to-End Design: From research and ideation to prototyping and delivery, you’ll take ownership of crafting seamless, impactful designs.
- Mentor and Inspire: Provide guidance and leadership within the design team, fostering collaboration, growth, and innovation.
- Proven Expertise: Extensive experience designing for complex, user-focused products at scale, with a strong portfolio that showcases your ability to simplify intricate workflows.
- Crypto Curiosity: While deep crypto knowledge isn’t required, an eagerness to dive in and understand the space is a must.

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.
Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones.
