Staff Product Designer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and prototype world-class product experiences
• Create pixel-perfect designs with impeccable visual taste
• Design and prototype intuitive and novel interactions for AI-native medium
• Help define product strategy for new features, improvements and solutions to ambiguous problems
• Explore new use cases/applications for generative model capabilities that are grounded in current and potential future needs of people
• Collaborate with engineers and AI researchers to bring new research and product capabilities to the world and ensure high-quality implementation
• Create and maintain processes that help us ship quickly, and with an outstanding quality bar

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building delightful and innovative products at scale for multiple platforms (Web, iOS, Android etc.)
• Exceptional taste in visual design and ability to create high-quality and detailed designs, interactions, and prototypes
• Ability to create hi-fidelity interactive prototypes and think through complex interaction design
• Ability to see the big picture while not losing attention to detail
• Ability to articulate and communicate design vision and execution details to a cross functional team
• Experience designing with generative AI technologies like LLMs, Image/Video Models is a plus
• Experience in other interactive media like 3D, game design and/or video production is a plus
• Experience with Visual AI prototyping tools like ComfyUI is a plus
