- Have passion for developing and deploying high quality software solutions with comprehensive test coverage while leading the team with the technical strategy.
- Are ready to execute state-of-the-art coding practices, driving high quality outcomes to solve core business objectives and minimise risks.
- Have experience with the Full-cycle development and delivery using Agile practices with specific focus on the following: React, API design etc
- Contributes to a culture where quality, excellence and openness are championed.
- Have natural drive to educate, communicate and positively influence various stakeholder groups.
- Are constantly thinking outside the box and breaking boundaries to solve complex technical problems.
- Provide technical leadership to junior engineers, create a culture of ownership and share knowledge to uplift and improve software development practices.
- Lead the teams and have strong collaboration skills in driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute on Platform design and solution artefacts at a domain level.
- Expert in Practical GenAI for engineering and banking domain experience (Nice to have
- Min 12+ years of experience in IT
- Must have development expertise on AWS Services.
- Good Experience of AWS EC2, Lambda, AWS MSK and Splunk
- Experienced in frontend tech – NextJS - React
- Experience in Backend tech - Java Spring Boot , Nest.JS
- Experience in Microservices, Restful API design pattern
- DevOps and CI/CD – GitHub Actions
- AWS Cloud – Associate Level Dev or Architect Certification
- API testing - eg Postman, curl
- Testing Automation - eg selenium, playwright, cucumber, cypress, allure
- Scripting - bash, python
- Event handling - eg Kafka
