The Partner Solutions Engineer is responsible as the strategic post-sales technical advisor for our SI/GSI partner ecosystem. This role will work closely with partner delivery teams to drive delivery excellence, and strengthen partner technical capabilities across engagements.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- The ideal candidate should act as the primary post-sales technical SME for strategic SI/GSI partners.
- Analyze implementation gaps and recommend corrective actions to improve delivery success
- Support partners in delivering complex customer implementations and advanced use cases.
- Guide partner delivery teams through end-to-end implementation lifecycles including design, deployment, troubleshooting, optimization, and go-live support.
- Assist partners in resolving technical blockers, escalations, and implementation challenges across projects.
- Provide advisory support on architecture, integrations, best practices, scalability, and deployment strategies. Should possess a strong background in the Identity Security domain with an understanding of Saviynt’s product portfolio and solution offerings, enabling effective deployment of solutions to partners when required.
- Support Partner Capability Development in implementation approaches across partner ecosystems.
- They should also be skilled at setting and managing expectations, mediating discussions, and resolving issues effectively
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to address partner concerns and ensure successful outcomes.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- The role requires someone who can build long-lasting relationships based on trust and collaboration while taking ownership of issues and driving them through to successful resolution.

WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in Identity Security, Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Lifecycle Management, or broader Cybersecurity domains.
- Strong experience in Consulting & Delivery or in Professional Services, Solution Consulting
- Experience managing enterprise implementation Projects and Delivery Governance
- Knowledge of Project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Experience developing reusable accelerators, templates, or automation frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Ability to influence and drive cross-functional collaboration
- Effectively communicate solution value to the business and technical audiences that is clear and satisfies prospective Partner/customer requirements and/or inquiries.
- Regularly provide solution feedback and competitive intel from the field to Saviynt product management, solutions strategy, and marketing teams

- Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter
