The job vacancy is for the position of Staff Nurse in the Dialysis Unit. The role involves providing nursing care to patients undergoing hemodialysis, including preparing machines, monitoring patient vitals, managing dialysis access (AV fistula/catheter), and ensuring infection control. The nurse will be responsible for patient care before, during, and after the dialysis session, along with accurate documentation and coordination with the medical team. Candidates should have a GNM or B.Sc. Nursing qualification, be registered with the nursing council, and preferably have prior experience in dialysis. The position requires willingness to work in rotational shifts.
