We're looking for an experienced Staff Machine Learning Engineer to join our Digital Experience team. This role is critical to shape the next generation of Digital Experience with world class tools to identify the insights, root causes, and also enable the agentic AI functionalities. This will influence the way the digital experience monitoring, agentic AI will be built. Reporting to the Director, you'll be responsible for:

  • Building ML models and services that transform large-scale telemetry into actionable insights and precise root-cause attribution
  • Designing and implementing agentic-AI capabilities (LLM/agent workflows, tools, and policies) that diagnose and remediate user experience issues
  • Owning the end-to-end lifecycle: data pipelines, feature stores, model training/evaluation, real-time inference, and production reliability
  • Partnering with product, data, and platform teams to define strategy, metrics, and experiments for next-gen digital experience monitoring
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
  • BS in Computer Science (or related) with 5+ years, or MS/PhD in Computer Science (or related) with 4+ years solving real-world problems using AI/ML and distributed systems (Python preferred; Java/Go/Rust a plus)
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills driven by first-principles thinking, applying expertise in programming, data, and machine learning
  • Proven experience across the full ML model lifecycle: building, deployment, monitoring, and iterative optimization
  • Proficiency with Generative AI technologies, frameworks, and tools (e.g., LangChain/LangGraph, CrewAI)
  • Track record of building and deploying micro-services based distributed systems
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with root-cause analysis models and anomaly detection on large-scale datasets
  • Familiarity with networking (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP—L4–L7) and/or observability data (metrics, logs, traces, events)
  • Knowledge of in-stream/streaming anomaly detection frameworks (e.g., Apache Flink, Spark Streaming)
