Saint Joseph's Medical Center is seeking a full time Staff LPN for our Opioid Treatment Program. LPN will administer medication and take-home medication to patients in an OTP setting under the supervision of the Nursing Coordinator. Update and maintain necessary clinic records. Education and Qualification Requirements:

Graduate from accredited LPN School
NYS LPN License
BLS

Hourly Rate Based on Years of Experience $33.2415-$39.4751
