DescriptionWe're seeking a highly organized and communicative Technical Program Manager to guide enterprise-wide projects from concept to successful launch, beginning with a focus on Salesforce technical program management. In this role, you'll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Application Engineering to deliver, enhance, and maintain CRM solutions. You’re passionate about technology, thrive in a collaborative environment, and have a knack for translating technical details into clear action plans.
ResponsibilitiesChampion project success: Define goals, timelines, and budgets in partnership with diverse teams.
Drive seamless execution: Proactively monitor progress, anticipate roadblocks, and find solutions.
Lead change with clarity: Develop communication plans to guide users through system transitions.
Enhance IT processes: Collaborate within IT to streamline and improve our engagement and governance models.
Be the communication hub: Keep stakeholders at all levels informed and aligned for successful outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience managing enterprise-level IT projects, including data/system migrations.
Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and development processes.
Outstanding communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, experience presenting at executive levels, and demonstrated ability to write concise updates for senior audiences.
Experience improving business processes in complex, matrixed enterprise organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience leading the strategy, planning, and execution of complex Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and integrations. Sales or Sales Strategy & Operations experience would also be valuable.
Experience managing infrastructure changes related to mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $143,500 - $215,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
