As a Staff Software Engineer, you will design, deliver, and manage complex, integrated platforms that combine traditional IT systems with modern full stack software and intelligent AI workloads. You’ll bridge diverse technologies, lead robust system deployments, and enable innovation across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.

Join us to be the technical backbone enabling intelligent, integrated, and future-ready business solutions. Shape the next generation of infrastructure and AI, mentor top engineers, and play a leading role in innovation, resilience, and business transformation.

The impact you will have:

  • Systems Architecture: Develop, document, and maintain scalable system architectures integrating AI/ML, cloud, hardware, and software components.
  • Systems Integration: Ensure seamless integration of heterogeneous technologies—APIs, AI workloads, storage, networking, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • AI/ML Deployment: Coordinate with data scientists to productionize models and manage model lifecycle, retraining, monitoring, and security.
  • Full Stack Implementation: Guide or implement complex system solutions covering both front-end and back-end requirements, ensuring reliability and efficiency across the platform.
  • Automation & Monitoring: Leverage automation, scripting, and monitoring tools for deployment, incident response, and performance optimization.
  • Mentoring & Best Practices: Mentor engineers; establish reliable deployment, testing, and integration standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with software, hardware, data, security, and business teams to define requirements and deliver business-ready solutions.

What we look for:

  • 8–15+ years in systems engineering, with direct experience in AI/ML system deployment, enterprise-level architecture, or full stack engineering.
  • Deep knowledge of both infrastructure (compute, storage, networking, cloud, containerization) and software (APIs, web/app development, security).
  • Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), MLOps, or deploying AI in production.
  • Modern programming/scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar) and automation tools.
  • Proven ability to integrate and optimize systems across hardware, cloud, and applications.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-team communication skills.
  • Preferred but not required:
    • Exposure to regulated or mission-critical environments.
    • Experience scaling platforms for AI, automation, and rapid product delivery.
    • Recognized technical community leadership (publications, open source, talks, etc.).
