What are we looking for?We are seeking to onboard another skilled Staff Infrastructure Engineer for our site in to manage and enhance our company's IT systems and network while collaborating with our global IT team. If you possess a strong background in IT systems management, excel at resolving complex issues, and are committed to staying ahead of technological advancements, we encourage you to apply.
What will you do?- Manage, maintain, and support a global, multi-site IT infrastructure.
- Deploy and administer servers across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
- Configure and support enterprise network components, including firewalls, switches, routers, and access points.
- Administer storage systems (e.g., NetApp), including NFS, CIFS, and iSCSI protocols.
- Support and optimize virtualization environments, primarily VMware and vCenter.
- Work with SaaS platforms, security solutions, and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) tools like Zscaler.
- Collaborate on IT projects with global peers, contributing to the architecture, deployment, and scaling of new systems and technologies.
- Maintain high standards of security, reliability, and performance across all systems.
- Previous 6-8 years of experience in providing IT system support for a multi-site infrastructures
- A great team player who can also work independently with a proactive approach
- Service orientation personality with pleasant, great interpersonal skills
- Experience with maintaining networking equipment ,Firewalls (Juniper/PaloAlto or similar ), PKI , Enterprise Access Points solutions in multi-site Infrastructure
- Experience with maintaining Linux, macOS, Windows OS
- Experience with network monitoring tools such Zabbix, Grafana, etc.
- Experience with Virtualizion in high scale env. VMware & vCenter
- Experience with ZTNA services such as Zscaler or similar
- Storage management including NFS, CIFS, and ISCSI (NetApp or similar)
- Advantageous would be programming skills in any scripting language
- Strong desire to learn new technologies
