Responsibilities- Design, build, and operate cloud-based infrastructure, with a focus on Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD methodologies
- Exert technical influence to improve the reliability and performance of our products and systems
- Assist Product Engineering teams in building out infrastructure for prototypes and other Research & Development efforts
- Operate development and high-availability production environments in Amazon Web Services
- Coach and mentor other engineers and teams on cloud best practices
- Work collaboratively with other staff including product managers, data scientists, other data analysts, architects to solve problems, develop innovative approaches, and provide project status

- BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent industry technical skills
- 5+ years of work experience in a SaaS production environment, ideally Enterprise
- Experience in building scalable platform software using Kubernetes, Docker, and other Cloud native technologies
- Strong experience using public cloud providers, preferably AWS
- Strong understanding of networking and security fundamentals
- Comfort with Linux system administration and scripting, e.g. Python, Shell
- Experience with designing, analyzing and solving problems for large-scale distributed systems
- Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your current role as well as data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills, able to convey technical concepts and architectures across a variety of technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams, with an emphasis on strong written communication for asynchronous collaboration
- Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing data/ai/ml pipelines for reliability and performance
- Exposure to Predictive Models and ML training & Serving systems
