Reporting to Engineering Manager, your role is to build, design and deliver innovative and scalable business products features, platform systems and experiences.
Our business product is suite of learning experiences tailored to thousands of employees in SMEs and large organizations, our products play an key role in employees career development and advancement.

Role Objectives
- Design, and build systems that powers our payment, billing and revenue management across consumer and business customer segments.
- Play key role in hiring, promote our quality culture and coach other engineers
- Continuously improve DORA metrics for systems owned by your team(s).
- Continuously invest in improving our business reliability metrics.
- Collaborate with product and business partners to evolve our software systems, products, and services to better serve our customers.
The ideal candidate is someone with:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, preferably within Extreme Programming environment (TDD, Pair Programming, Simple Design, and Continuous Refactoring)
- Experience in Angular is preferred
- Good understanding of lean/agile values & principles and associated practices
- Proficiency in testing with focus on automated end to end quality
- Experience in designing and building features in modular architecture with end-to-end ownership and understanding.
