Job Title: Staff Frontend Engineer – Generative AI Team
Position Overview: We are seeking an exceptional Staff Frontend Engineer to design, develop, and ship captivating user interfaces for Blue Yonder's cutting-edge AI products.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the AI development team to ship LLM-powered solutions

Craft performant front-end code that is maintainable, testable and scalable

Follow UX best practices making use of BY’s visual identity and design systems in innovative ways

Develop user-friendly interfaces leveraging best practices in conversational design patterns

Stay on top of industry developments and design patterns for gen AI
Qualifications:

Self-driven with the desire to take ownership and ability to work across the full stack.

5-7+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong portfolio of successful projects and a track record of delivering high-quality user interfaces.

Proven track record of shipping products powered by LLMs, RAG systems, and/or AI agents.

Mastery of modern web technologies such as TypeScript, CSS, React, and TailwindCSS, along with experience in frontend build systems and package managers (e.g., Vite, npm).

Passion for creating exceptional user experiences that push the boundaries of gen AI with a knack for pleasant design.

Comfortability working in a startup environment embedded within an enterprise.
