Warehouse Management System Front is a team that builds, owns and manages all warehouse client applications (mobile and web) that serve all functions for the warehouse workers like inbound and outbound, stowing, picking, rebinning and so on. We are central to all the Company because we are central to the fulfillment and warehouse work. We use modern technologies like React, Redux, and Playwright for web; Kafka, Java and Spring Boot for backend for frontend and mobile; and Java for native mobile for the best user experience.

What You Will Do

• Develop features, algorithms, simulation and systems at scale to improve warehouse and fulfillment centers technologies and client applications.

• Collaborate closely with the Operations and Product team to understand key business needs and ideate best User Experience and User Interface.

• Effectively collaborate with other teams, lead projects across teams and mentor team members.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in a quantitative discipline: computer science, informatics, IT, HCI, physics, mathematics, music, engineering, or equivalent.

• 9+ years of hands-on experience in building web applications (UI/UX)

• Strong coding skills in Node.js/JavaScript

• Expertise in TypeScript and JavaScript fundamentals (event loop, classes, modules, functions)

• Ability to deal with ambiguity in business and technology.

• Ability to work in a multicultural, cross functional team.

Preferred Qualifications

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in full stack building and owning production-grade client backend for frontend/mobile (BFF) APIs/services in REST, gRPC or GraphQL.

• Expertise in React.js, Playwright, npm, Redux or similar (Vue, Angular)

• Java SpringBoot experience for full stack development

• Knowledge of well architectured AWS principles

• Proficient in toolings like npm, webpack

• Good English written and verbal communication skills while addressing both technical and business people; ability to speak at a level appropriate for the audience.

• Experience in one of the domains: e-commerce, UX/UI, internal tools, supply chains, transportation or logistics.

Pay & Benefits:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. At Coupang, your base pay is one part of your total compensation.

The base pay for this position ranges from $159,000/year in our lowest geographic market to $324,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
