Job Description: Staff Firmware Engineer
- 3-5 years of experience in embedded networking, protocol testing, and firmware validation.
- Strong knowledge of at least one communication technology: 802.15, Wi-Fi, 802.11, LTE, or Bluetooth.
- Good understanding of IP communication protocols such as IPv4 and IPv6.
- Hands-on experience in Python-based automation; C# knowledge is an added advantage.
- Strong debugging skills across L2, L3, and Linux environments.
- Experience in embedded firmware verification and integration testing on target hardware.
- Familiarity with source code management tools such as Git, SVN, or Perforce.
- Experience using network debugging tools like Wireshark.
- Good working knowledge of embedded Linux environments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with Smart Metering systems and products.
- Experience with ADS.
- CCNA or CCNP certification.
- Experience in developing or improving automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled developer or test tools to improve validation efficiency and reporting
