Provide financial and investment planning services (90%) for all eligible Consulting and Voting Staff. Services include: investment planning services including detailed asset allocation and research and security selection; tax planning assistance and estate tax issues; college expense projections/planning; cash flow analysis; debt planning, including mortgages, student loans and lines of credit; retirement planning/projections; insurance needs/risk analysis; benefit design and review of federal and state compliance issues; benefits consulting (10%) for new, current and retired staff.

Bachelor's degree & advanced degree(s) (JD or MBA) or certification(s) (CFP, CFA, CPA/PFS, or CAIA) required. Minimum 6+ years in the fields of financial planning, asset management, and benefit management/selection for highly compensated and high net worth individuals/families preferred. Must have strong interviewing skills; ability to maintain confidentiality; must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; maintain team attitude; and must be able to demonstrate extensive, practical knowledge of financial planning principles.
