What you’ll do:
Lead technical design for cross-team initiatives.
Define coding standards and best practices that simplify complexity.
Mentor engineers at all levels to grow technical depth across the org.
Collaborate with leadership to align architecture and product roadmaps.
What you bring:
8+ years of software engineering experience.
Proven record designing and scaling distributed systems.
Strong programming expertise in at least one core language.
Track record of technical leadership and effective mentorship.
A systems-first mindset — you believe consistent practices matter more than lofty goals.
