Staff Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Power Platform and SharePoint Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PowerApps, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft SharePoint App Development, .NET Framework, and Angular. This role requires hands-on experience in architecting, developing, and maintaining solutions involving customization, server-side code, custom business logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies, and plug-ins.

Solutions Design and Delivery

• Engage with clients to understand business needs and recommend effective technical solutions.
• Estimate the costs, benefits, and potential impacts (performance and security) of solutions.
• Design, implement, and maintain customized solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions aligned with roadmaps and enterprise architecture.
• Monitor and act on client feedback to ensure satisfaction with delivered solutions.
• Lead solution delivery using Scaled Agile Framework, DevOps, CI/CD testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with development teams to enhance existing solutions or develop new ones.
• Guide developers, support engineers, and administrators in resolving design or technical issues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Knowledge Management

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation such as Requirements Definition Documents (RDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), Security Licenses to Operate (SLTO), and Transition Support and Maintenance Plans (TSMP).
• Maintain up-to-date platform and technical documentation.

Continuous Improvement and Compliance

• Identify and recommend improvements to existing solutions and architectures.
• Assess current architectures to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and recommend enhancements.
• Conduct system security assessments to ensure adherence to security frameworks and protect against unauthorized access.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration/Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Power Platform and SharePoint (architecture, development, rollout, maintenance, data management, migration).
• Hands-on expertise in architecting customized solutions involving server-side code, business logic, integration modules, workflows, and plug-ins.
• Strong skills in:
  • Power Platform: PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages
  • SharePoint Development Framework (SPFx)
  • Server-Side and Client-Side Object Models
  • Plugins and Custom Workflow Development
  • .NET and C# Programming Models
  • Angular (Strong)
• In-depth knowledge of:
  • JavaScript frameworks/libraries (AngularJS, ReactJS, FabricJS, jQuery), HTML, CSS, REST APIs, XML, JSON, SQL, and other database engines
  • C# or Visual Basic, Visual Studio, Web Services, CRM SDK (preferred)
• Demonstrated experience in:
  • Solution or enterprise architecture
  • Requirement analysis and business process re-engineering
  • Agile methodologies and product management
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities for complex technical and operational challenges.
• Ability to manage significant activities and resources with accountability for outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills (verbal and written English).
• Proven coordination across teams and multiple levels within an organization.
