We are seeking a highly experienced Staff Engineer to join our team and support a key client in driving digital transformation within their supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate third-party vendors for promotions and payment requirements.
- Partner closely with architects, technical leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to design scalable technical solutions.
- Analyze complex business and technical problems and architect effective solutions.
- Design and develop scalable, microservices-based applications using technologies such as Java, Kotlin, HTML/CSS, React.js, AngularJS, Node.js, and REST APIs.
- Integrate systems using tools like Kafka and work with various databases including Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in production environments.
- Document technical designs, including architecture diagrams, component specs, and API documentation.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on system performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in supply chain and enterprise software.
- Operate within Agile development frameworks, contributing to sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives.
- 8–10+ years of experience developing and deploying large-scale, web-based applications in production environments.
- Proven full-stack development experience with Java, JavaScript, Angular/React, and Node.js.
- Strong proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies: HTML/CSS, REST APIs, Spring Boot, Python, React.js, AngularJS, Node.js.
- Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL (Oracle, MySQL, Postgres).
- Experience with cloud platforms and cloud-native application development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Word).
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to document business and technical requirements.
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
