Builds AI products and reusable platforms, guides enterprise client engagements and C-suite relationships, supports sales and business growth, ensures delivery quality and ROI, and drives talent development and external thought leadership.

Build and deploy production-grade AI applications using Python and Azure. Develop LLM, RAG, and agentic workflows; integrate enterprise platforms, APIs, databases, and Microsoft 365; and create scalable backend services. Partner with stakeholders to translate ambiguous business needs into production solutions while applying strong testing, security, observability, scalability, and performance practices.

Lead and mentor a QA team for Salesforce CRM applications, design and maintain automated test frameworks with Selenium and Playwright, execute manual and automated API, functional, regression and end-to-end testing, integrate automation into CI/CD, track defects, and report QA metrics to stakeholders.
